Biography

Ms. Thomas has served as a director of NI Holdings, Inc. since her appointment in May 2026.

Ms. Thomas has served as Chief of Staff of Zinnia, an insurance technology company, since April 2025. Ms. Thomas was Chief Administrative Officer of Joyn Insurance from October 2020 to April 2024 and served in numerous roles for AIG from 2005 to 2020. Ms. Thomas holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics from the University of South Florida.
